The Taos Arts and Cultural Distric and the Taos Project Downtown Merchant's Association just announced the winners.
First Place: TWIRL, for its gorgeous and innovative use of an empty storefront window on North Plaza Way, and its magical "Child Walk-through" Christmas wreath.
